This is going to be short because I do not know much details about this role, but I was offered a Professional Internship as a Ticket Fulfillment Specialist. This position is located in the Magic Kingdom in the tunnels. From what I have gathered from the job description and my interview, we receive bulk ticket orders from conventions and events, cast ticketing (main entrance passes and holiday celebration tickets), groups, and offsite authorized ticket sellers. We fulfill the order by encoding the tickets for the order and then send them on to be sent out to the correct area. We also organize food vouchers and food cards for groups and create packages. That is all I know about this position, once I know more and I know I can share it, I will!
